After completion his master degree in Philosphy in 1952.He went to Himalyas .In search of yoga and meditation .He studed yoga and meditation from Sivandayoga asram .After his studied he went to EUROPE and settled at HOLAND and in 1961 he became Swami Sadanda Saraswathi and returened to INDIA as yoga teacher training and started yoga classes at Tellichery kannur district in KERALA.

      Stage 1:
      Lying flat on the back ,lift both the legs straight to 45′.After holding in accordance with one is capable , slowly bring them down
      Stage 2:
      Lifting up to 80′ with the same process
      EXPLANATION:
      This will help the stomach to retain the blood to activate its internal functions.
      RESULTS
      The veins and internal systems will function properly and become strong; it helps excretions.

        ALL-LIMB POSTURE TECHNIQUE

        Saravangasana

        Stage 1:
        Lying on the back .bending the knees so as toy touch the nose .rolling the hips and back upward ,with the support of hands and stretching the body completely straight so that the whole body rests on the shoulders .
        RESULTS
        This blocks the flow of ambrosia and blood and retains it in the head .giving the benefit of Jalandhara bandha thereby it is capable of preventing premature grey hair .It is benerical to all organs of the body, helps to make the waist slim and increases digestion .It removes the hernia if it is practised immediately after Uddvana Bandha . The constant practice of this posture gives relief to any complaints of uterus .It removes Flatulence and helps to cure the excessive perspiration of the
        body, especially of armpits .and bad smells .It shapes the hips gracefully .This is beneficial for many other diseases. lt improves the circulation of blood and seminal weaknesses. As it is beneficial to all organs and limbs of the body it is called Sarvangasana.

          Tolangulasana

          Stage 1:
          Lie flat on the ground , keeping the fists a little below the waist .Lift the whole body above resting on the fists
          RESULTS
          It loosens the nerves , especially below the chest; gives strength to the arms and fingers ,removes the quivering of the hands and excessive transpirations .This is good for those who have nervousness , anxiety , cold or warm hands . It increases the strength of the body.

            Merudandasana

            Stage 1:
            Lying flat on the back raise the back 45′ ,both the hands strectched forward ,equal to the height of shoulders .Palms straight turned towards the floor .This should done repeatedly for 5 minutes (at least).Hips and legs should be straight an firm without bending
            RESULTS
            It loosens the nerves , especially below the chest; gives strength to the arms and fingers ,removes the quivering of the hands and excessive transpirations .This is good for those who have nervousness , anxiety , cold or warm hands . It increases the strength of the body.
            EXPLANATION
            This posture brings the blood from top and bottom to the stomach and retains it there. Again it goes back wile lying flat .The continuous practice gives free flow of blood to and fro

            The defects of the loin and breast ,back an. stomach will be removed
